What is the minimum and maximum age limit for individuals allowed to drive the cars?Drivers must be at least 25 years old and not exceed 80 years of age to operate our vehicles. Additionally, drivers must possess a full license appropriate for the class of vehicle they intend to drive. Drivers under 25 may be considered with an additional fee and insurance requirements.

Can I add additional drivers to the rental contract, and what are the requirements?Yes, you can add additional drivers to the rental contract. They must meet our requirements, which include possessing a valid driver's license and being at least 25 years old. Additional drivers must also be present at the time of vehicle pick-up to sign the rental agreement.

What is the return time for the vehicle on the contract end date?Vehicles must be returned by 5:00 PM on the contract end date.

What is the amount of the security bond, and is it refundable?A refundable security bond of $500 is charged at the time of booking. It will be returned to the customer once the vehicle is returned in good condition, typically within 1-2 business days.

Our vehicles may not be operated under the following conditions:By individuals lacking an unrestricted Australian driver's license. To transport goods or loads without the necessary legal approvals, permits, and licenses. By individuals whose driver’s license has been canceled, suspended, or endorsed with loss of demerit points within the past three years, unless approved by the company in writing. By individuals who provide false personal information or details regarding their driver’s license. By individuals with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit or under the influence of substances impairing driving ability. To tow any vehicle, trailer, boat, or object without written authorization from the company.

What insurance coverage do your vehicles have throughout the rental duration?Our vehicles are fully insured with a reputable insurance company throughout the duration.

Besides insurance, what additional services are provided for the motor vehicle?We provide normal service, repair, fair wear and tear of the motor vehicle and road side assistance

Where can I pick up and return the rental vehicle?You can pick up and return the rental vehicle at Elara Village Shopping Centre, Marsden Park, NSW 2765. Please ensure to return the vehicle by 7:00 PM on the contract end date to avoid any late fees.

What is your cancellation policy?If a vehicle is returned before the minimum rental period ends, the renter must provide at least 2 weeks’ written notice. In cases of early return, the renter will be required to pay the weekly rental fee for up to 2 remaining weeks, even if more weeks remain in the agreed minimum rental period. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

What is the Weather PolicyIn the event of severe weather conditions, such as hailstorms or flooded roads, drivers must cease driving and seek shelter to prevent vehicle damage. Failure to do so may result in the renter bearing repair costs.

Policy on Fines and Penalty NoticesIn the event that we receive a fine or penalty notice related to the use of our vehicle, we will complete a statutory declaration nominating you as the driver. A nominal administration fee of $45 will be applied for this service.
